Your finance team, without the full-time hire.

Built for businesses doing $500K to $5M that have outgrown a bookkeeper and aren't ready to hire a CFO.

Prices are listed below. Every engagement starts with a call to make sure it's a fit.

You're good at what you do. The money should show it.

Somewhere between the invoices going out and the bills coming in, the numbers get murky. You're not sure which jobs are actually making you money. Payroll feels like a crisis every other Friday. You're paying everyone else before you pay yourself.

You don't have a work problem. You have a financial clarity problem.

Service provider at a desk, mid-task

You built something real. Clients pay you, the team shows up, and the calendar is full. By most measures the business is working.

And still, when someone asks what your margin was last quarter, you give a number you aren't sure about. You check the bank balance before you say yes to a new hire. You set prices by looking at what the competition charges and hoping it covers the gap.

I've sat across the table from a lot of owners in exactly that spot. Most of them assumed the answer was more revenue. Usually it wasn't. The revenue was fine. What they were missing was someone who could read the books with them and say plainly which jobs were paying for everything else and which ones were quietly costing them.

Cindy reviewing numbers with a client

That's the work I do.

I clean up the books so they can be trusted. I build a dashboard around the handful of numbers you actually make decisions on. Then I sit with you every month and we decide what to do next: raise a price, hold off on a hire, move cash before a slow season.

You don't need a full-time CFO for that. A full-time CFO costs [$200K+] a year. Most businesses your size need a few hours of senior finance attention each month, from someone who already knows their numbers.

If that sounds like what's been missing, the next step is a [30]-minute call. You tell me where the money feels murky. I tell you whether I can help and what it would cost. If I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.

P.S. You don't need to clean anything up before we talk. Most people I work with come to the first call with books they're a little embarrassed about. That's normal, and it's where we start.
Owner at a desk, mid-task

Built for owners who

Are doing $500K–$5M in revenue and feel like they should have more to show for it

Run a trades business, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, contracting, and are tired of being busy but broke

Coach, consult, or run an online service business and are still paying themselves last

Have outgrown their bookkeeper but aren't ready to hire a full-time CFO

Want to stop guessing on pricing, hiring, and growth and start making decisions with real numbers behind them

If that's you, you don't need a lecture. You need a partner.

Four ways to work together. One conversation first.

We handle the bookkeeping, the dashboards, and the CFO advisory under one roof, so the numbers and the decisions come from the same place. Every price here is real. The call decides which one you need, because cleanup has to come before dashboards, and dashboards usually come before advisory.

Hi, I'm Cindy.

I've spent more than 20 years inside the numbers, and not in the way you might expect.

I started my career in brokerage, banking, and commercial lending. I learned how money moves through organizations, and where it disappears. Then I spent nearly a decade as Director of Budget & Legislative Affairs for the City of Ocala, Florida, overseeing multimillion-dollar capital budgets, major public projects, and the kind of financial decisions where a wrong call affects an entire community.

After all of that, I pivoted into advisory work, helping coaches, consultants, and service-based businesses run smarter operations. And over and over again, I kept seeing the same thing:

The business owners who needed financial clarity the most were the ones who couldn't afford, or couldn't justify, a full-time CFO. They were doing real revenue. Growing real teams. Making real decisions. And doing all of it without a single financial partner in their corner.

The trades contractor billing $2M a year who still can't figure out why Friday payroll feels like a crisis. The online service provider who built a thriving coaching business and is still paying herself last. The business that grew faster than its systems and is now flying blind on every pricing and hiring decision.

That's who I built this firm for.
